The link does not work
Expired, ended or paused links, and what to do about each.
- “The link has expired”: founders choose how long a link lasts. Ask them for a new one.
- “Access was ended” or “paused”: the founder ended the link or paused the room. They can send a fresh link if they want you to see it again.
- “Link not found”: check you copied the whole address, including the long part at the end.
- It will not load, or a file will not open: refresh, or try another browser. Document views are short-lived on purpose, so reopen the file if it timed out.
Only the founder controls access, so we cannot reopen a link for you. If something still looks broken, email support@diligly.com and include the page you saw.
