Product

From company profile to a room investors can trust.

Diligly is a guided workflow, not a folder of files. Each stage builds on the last, so your room is complete before anyone sees it.

Stage 01

Tell your company story once, in a clear structure.

Start by choosing your startup category. Diligly prepares the sections that matter for your business model, so you answer relevant questions instead of filling in a generic form.

  • Company profile, product and business model
  • Team and target market
  • Editable sections you can refine over time

Stage 02

Show traction without forcing irrelevant metrics.

Enter the metrics that apply to your type of startup. A marketplace and a services firm should not be asked the same questions, and here they are not.

  • Revenue, expenses and customer or user numbers
  • Historical performance over time
  • Everything labelled as founder-reported

Stage 03

Know exactly what is ready and what is missing.

A category-specific due-diligence checklist shows your completion level and the outstanding items, with an evidence label on each one.

  • Checklist shaped to your startup type
  • Completion percentage and outstanding items
  • Clear distinction between entered, uploaded and missing

Stage 04

Share a secure room, on your terms.

Generate a read-only link, decide which documents each investor can see, set an expiry and revoke access whenever you need to.

  • Explicit permission for every document
  • Expiring and revocable share links
  • Basic activity so you know the room was opened

Investor view

A clean, read-only room.

This is the experience for the person you share with. Simple to navigate, clear about what is founder-provided, and impossible to change.

Honest limits

What Diligly does not do.

Knowing the edges helps you trust the middle.

  • It does not verify your data

Numbers you enter and files you upload are labelled founder-provided. Nothing is ever shown as verified.

  • It is not legal or financial advice

The starter NDA and checklists are templates. Have a professional review what you rely on.

  • It cannot stop screenshots

A person who can see a document can photograph it. Share with people you trust and use an NDA.

  • It does not run your fundraise

No investor CRM, cap table, accounting sync or AI analysis. It prepares your room and shares it safely.

Start with the category that fits you.

Each startup type gets its own checklist, metrics and document guidance.
