For investors
A founder sent you a link. Here is what happens.
A calm, read-only room. No account, no sign-up, nothing to install.
01
Open the private link
No account or password. You enter your name and email so the founder knows who looked.
02
Accept the NDA, if there is one
Some founders ask for a confidentiality agreement first. You read it, agree and type your name. Nothing is shown before that.
03
Read the room
Company, product, business model, team, market, metrics and documents. Only what the founder chose to share.
04
Open documents
Files open in a short-lived secure view. Downloads exist only if the founder allows them.
If the link does not work.
Help with a linkIt says the link has expired
Founders choose how long a link lasts. Ask them for a new one. We cannot reopen it, because only the founder controls access.
It says access was ended or paused
The founder revoked the link or paused the room. They can send a fresh link if they want you to see it again.
It will not load or a file will not open
Try a refresh, or another browser. Document views are short-lived on purpose, so reopen the file if it timed out. Still stuck? Tell us.
Transparency
What the founder can see about you.
- That you opened the room, and when
- Which documents you opened or downloaded
- The name and email you typed
- That you accepted an NDA, if one was required
That is all. Founders do not see your device, location or other browsing.
Good to know
Clear about what it is.
- Everything is founder-provided. Diligly does not verify numbers or documents, and says so on every room.
- Names and emails are typed by visitors and are not verified.
- Your access can end at any time: links expire and founders can revoke them.
- Diligly does not sell your details or use them for marketing.
