Security and privacy
Confidential by default. Shared only on your terms.
Your business data is sensitive. Diligly is designed around you controlling exactly who sees what, and for how long.
Principles
Four commitments behind the design.
Private by default
Your data and documents stay private until you deliberately choose to share them.
Read-only investor access
Investors can view what you permit. They cannot edit, upload or change anything.
Expiring, revocable links
Set an expiry date on a share link and revoke it instantly when a conversation ends.
Explicit document permissions
Each document is individually included or excluded from every room you create.
Sharing
How sharing works.
- 01
Your room starts private
Nothing is visible to anyone but you until you create a share link.
- 02
You choose what is included
Select the sections and documents each room can show. Everything else stays hidden.
- 03
You set an expiry
Links can expire on a date you pick, so access does not linger.
- 04
You can revoke any time
Revoking a link ends access immediately.
How it is built
Safeguards built into the foundation.
These are the protections the product is designed around.
- Each founder can only reach their own workspace data, enforced in the database itself
- Documents held in private storage, never on public links
- Document downloads through short-lived, permission-checked access
- Share links built from unguessable tokens, with expiry and revocation
- A basic record of when a room was opened
What we do not claim
- Diligly does not independently verify numbers or documents. Everything is shown as founder-provided.
- It is not legal, financial or investment advice.
- It does not guarantee any outcome with investors or acquirers.
- No third-party security certification is claimed.
