The readiness checklist
Mark progress, add notes, link evidence and add your own items.
The checklist lists what investors usually ask for in due diligence, built for your category. Each item has a status: Not started, In progress, Done or Not applicable. Done counts in full, In progress counts half, and Not applicable items leave the score.
- Open an item to add a note and link evidence: documents, metrics or company sections that back it up.
- The score shows how complete the checklist is. It is a preparation guide, not a grade.
- You can add up to 20 items of your own. They are not counted in the score.
- Each item has a “Show this item in my investor room” switch. Hiding an item never raises your score.
If you hide items, the room tells investors that the founders chose not to show some of them.
