See who opened your room
Activity, open alerts and export.
The Activity tab shows when each link was opened and which documents were viewed or downloaded, with the name and email the visitor typed, if you asked for them.
- Open alerts email you the first time a link is opened. Turn them off any time on the Investor room page. They need a paid plan.
- How far back you can see depends on your plan: 30 days on Free, 12 months on Pro and Studio.
- Pro and Studio can export the activity as a CSV file.
Activity older than 12 months is deleted.
